Let me share the story of Rob who was living his life in the streets and was separated from his family because of his life style.   He was without hope, family and friends.  He was in despair.  Fortunately we were there in God's perfect timing to help Rob.  One of our volunteers reached out in love toward him at our  "Supper on the Square".  Under the mentorship of this volunteer,  he found a great church fellowship, a good home, a good job and good friends.  Rob's life totally turned around.  One year later he was re-united with his entire family after a sixteen year separation.  They surprised him by coming to see him at a church service.  Rob has since moved with his family to Cleveland.  What a wonderful story of restoration.  

Prayer and Praise continues to make a difference in the lives of people like Rob by sharing the Good News.  Each and every person is effected by the love being expressed through giving people like you.  However, continued outreach is needed to meet the needs of people in our community who are homeless or less fortunate than ourselves.  Each dollar you send is used to provide specific goods and services to these desperate individuals.    We believe that love is measured in the amount of time you are willing to spend with a person, therefore moments are increments of time and we hope to provide pleasant memories of wonderful moments for our less fortunate and their children in the streets and urban areas that they may grow to be productive citizens with great hope for their future, meeting their spiritual needs as well as their physical needs.

Luke 4: 18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;  he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Promoting unity in the body of believers, the ministry works like a well oiled wheel, as volunteers come together to serve the less fortunate by  stepping up to the plate and answering the call . Laying aside any differences of opinion, or theology, they work hand-in-hand sharing their love and offering long hours of work in preparation and set-up.  We are a coalition made up of former Mennonites to Messianic Jews,  Baptists, Catholics , Nazarenes, First United Methodist to name just a few.  Many more than 25 denominations work fervently together preparing meals,distributing clothing, toiletries, and a variety of other necessities to numerous to mention.   Necessities include blankets, hats, gloves, medicines (non prescription)and personal care items.  The children are treated to toys, face painting, clowns, balloon and and a myriad of balloon sculptures.  Live music is also a feature of our service to those in attendance.
